At Agent Nateur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Email our concierge team at support@agentnateur.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Safely pack your unused items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including a copy of your original packing slip.
Ship Your Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
